Process End?: It’s @SprouseArts submission for @yogabbagabba groupshow at @MeltdownComics

Friday, May 6th, 2011

As you can see I got quite a bit more finished from last time, I painted his clothes which i wanted to seem dark and dull, almost colorless to draw attention to the gabba crew and the face of Lance. I started on the “Playset” as well as the back drop and character shading.

Here’s a close up of the finished backdrop and gabba crew, you guys may have noticed the white lines coming out of the “playset” as well, i added these even though they weren’t in the preliminary sketch because i thought it added an almost comical cartoon contrast to the face of Lance whilst drawing to the eye to him as well.

Finally here’s a shot of the “Finished product”, i use quotes because i will continue to touch it up right up until the show, the only way to truly see the finished product is to come to the show! the information will be posted on the website, thanks for keeping updated everyone! I look forward to hearing what you think in the comments below.
